Keep Your Spine In Line At Tannenbaum Chiropractic, LLC.

Do you often think about your spinal column, let alone the health of it? Not likely. Well, if you knew how important your spine column is to your health you would be thinking about it quite a bit and you would likely make the health of your spine a priority. Your spine's health has a direct correlation to your overall health. Poor spinal health can cause you potentially serious ill health, the least of which can be back pain, neck pain and headaches. Generally, we don't think about our spine unless it hurts and this is unfortunate. Your spine can be unhealthy and degenerating faster then it should with out any sign of pain or other spinal column ailments. This occur as bones of your spine become misaligned due to trauma, repetitive stress, muscle pulls/damage and for other reasons. Along with this misalignment, the bones of the spine are constantly subtracting and adding bone tissue. Actually, over about eight years you develop a whole new set of spinal bones. Furthermore, the bones grow relative to the position they are in and if out of position (misaligned) they will grow incorrectly or one could say degenerate faster and degenerate in a more pronounced way then they should.

Chiropractors, and of course at we Tannenbaum Chiropractic in Ann Arbor, work to realign spinal bones to maintain or improve the health of the spine and to slow or prevent exaggerated degeneration of the spine column. In reality, all people get some misalignment of the spine over time (some much more then others) so, all people should go to a chiropractor as a way to maintain their spinal health.

There are a number of other things you can do to maintain the health of your spine, including proper exercise, posture and life style, but without maintaining proper spinal alignment the health of your spine and your health will be compromised. So, make sure you regularly go to a chiropractor to make sure your spine is aligned!
